How these figures are worked out
Medians of asking prices in listings on Pakizzle: live listings, plus listings marked sold or rented in the last 90 days (at their last asking price). They are not sale prices or valuations. A figure appears only when at least 5 listings with a price and a size are behind it, after unusually high or low prices are set aside. 1 Marla is counted as 225 sq ft and 1 Kanal as 20 Marla. Updated every night.
